Noticeboard

Late May Holiday -  The surgery will be CLOSED on Monday 31st of May for the public holiday. If you require urgent medical advice please contact your local pharmacy, minor injury unit or NHS 24 on 111.

COVID Vaccine for unpaid/unregistered carers - You can now book an appointment by calling 0800 030 8013 and select option 3.

We have completed the first and second doses of the COVID vaccine for all 75+ aged patients and shielders.

All other age groups/categories will be completed in community hubs which will be communicated to you directly by the Health Board and not the practice. You can visit NHS Inform or call the COVID vaccine helpline on 0800 030 8013 for any queries.

To reduce footfall at the surgery, all prescriptions must be picked up by a pharmacy driver and sicklines must be posted out to your home. Please do NOT come to the surgery for either of these.

Also if you are a new patient looking to register with the practice, please do NOT come to the surgery to do this, instead see the following page for more information on how to register.

Test Resultsblood_taking

When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and only call the surgery after sufficient time has elapsed.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.  If you are under investigation by the hospital, any tests will be reported by the requesting consultant. You will either receive a follow up appointment at the hospital or the consultant may write a report of your results to pass on to your GP.  (Please note this may take a number of weeks)

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
