Patient Access allows you to order repeat prescriptions online and via the app.
If you would like to register for this service, please complete the application form below. Once you have completed the form please e-mail a copy of this and your photo ID to the surgery's e-mail: ggc.gp40140clinical@nhs.scot (please only use the email for this purpsoe). We will then email you back with a pin document to sign up for the service.
