The NHS 24 Online app allows you to find your nearest services and to assess your symptoms to find out what you should do next.

Patient Access allows you to order repeat prescriptions online and via the app.

Once you have completed the form please e-mail a copy of this and your photo ID to the surgery's e-mail: ggc.gp40140clinical@nhs.scot (please only use the email for this purpsoe). We will then email you back with a pin document to sign up for the service.
