Medication reviews
If you have a regular ongoing prescription, we may ask you to book a routine appointment for a review with our GP or Pharmacist. We will be in touch when you need a review.
What to do if you run out of medication
Speak to the pharmacist in a local community pharmacy if you run out of your medicine and we are closed. The pharmacist may be able to supply you with the medication that you urgently need.
If this is not possible for any reason, please visit NHS inform for further advice.
