Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

• Online via our website - use the prescription request order form on our website 
  
  
• Online via Patient Access - you will need to sign up for this service. If you already have an account you can Login here.
  
  
• By your local pharmacy - ask your preferred pharmacy to order your repeat medication for you and they will ensure this is done at the correct time.
  
  
• By hand - drop your tear-off slip attached to your previous prescription into the surgery post box or front desk having clearly marked the items required.
  
  
• By post - send your request to us with a stamped addressed envelope and we will post it back to you.

All prescriptions can be collected after 48 working hours from request. Please ensure that you only order within 10 days of when your medication is due and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

If you have a regular ongoing prescription, we may ask you to book a routine appointment for a review with our GP or Pharmacist. We will be in touch when you need a review.
